Spinach Cheese Quiche Filling (SCD)
There are so many ways to fill a quiche. It's also a great way to use up leftovers if you're scrounging for something to eat.

Equipment
- Stand Mixer
- silicon cups ot pie dish
Materials
- 5 eggs
- 1 c cheddar cheese shredded
- ⅞ c farmer cheese
- 1 tbsp dried onions
- 1 c spinach chopped
- ⅛ tsp salt
Options
- 1 c ham chopped, optional
- ¼ c jalapeno pepper optional, chopped
Instructions
Filling I
- Preheat oven to 330 F.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a big bowl. I use a stand mixer.
- Pour the mixture into quiche crust or cups and bake for about 35-45 minutes, or until the top is turning brown and slightly jiggles.. NOTE: If using cups, I used a #10 scoop which filled 10 silicon cups.
Filling II
- Preheat oven to 330 F.
- Mix cheeses together.
- Cover the bottom of the pan with/out crust with a thin layer of cheese
- Add the veggies.
- Another layer of cheese
- Add eggs beaten well.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is turning brown and slightly jiggles.
Notes
The quiche cups can be frozen.
