Mix all the ingredients together in a big bowl. I use a stand mixer.
Pour the mixture into quiche crust or cups and bake for about 35-45 minutes, or until the top is turning brown and slightly jiggles.. NOTE: If using cups, I used a #10 scoop which filled 10 silicon cups.
Filling II
Preheat oven to 330 F.
Mix cheeses together.
Cover the bottom of the pan with/out crust with a thin layer of cheese
Add the veggies.
Another layer of cheese
Add eggs beaten well.
Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is turning brown and slightly jiggles.
