We once bought a home because the local restaurant served the best sweet potato fries.These are better! You’ll keep filling the serving bowls! They empty out in no time.
Sweet Potato Fries
If you are sweet potato fries person, this is for you. If not, you will be after you try this recipe.

Materials
- 500 gm sweet potato fries
- 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Dash of salt
Instructions
- Peel sweet potato and cut into friesSoak Fries in water for 30 minutes
- Rinse and dry
- Drizzle with a little olive oil and add salt. Stir to coat all fries.
- Pre-heat air fryer to 325 F degrees
- Air fry sweet potatoes at 325 F degrees for 5 minutes.
- Open fryer, stir potatoes, close and increase temperature to 400 F degrees.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes longer {depending on how thick you cut the potato} stirring every 5 minutes.
- Between 10-15 minutes check every 1-2 minutes until done. I like mine to be crispy, but not burned!
