  • 4 eggs large, boiled
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp dill relish
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • tsp pepper

  • Peel and chop the eggs and add them to a medium sized bowl.
  • Add mayonnaise, dill, chives,
  • Dijon mustard, salt and pepper.
  • Mix well.
  • Spread on bread or use with your favorite crackers.
