Sauteed Mushrooms (SCD)
I use these mushrooms for Thanksgiving and other great meals.
Yield: 4 servings
Calories: 189kcal
Materials
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp butter
- ¾ pound button mushrooms white, sliced
- 1 clove garlic minced (I use 2 for UC)
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 pinch black pepper freshly ground to taste
- ¼ tsp sea salt optional
Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir mushrooms, garlic, cooking wine, garlic salt, and black pepper into the hot oil and butter until mushrooms are lightly browned, About 5 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer until mushrooms are tender,
- Serve warm.
