Instructions
Heat olive oil and butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Stir mushrooms, garlic, cooking wine, garlic salt, and black pepper into the hot oil and butter until mushrooms are lightly browned, About

Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer until mushrooms are tender,
