French Fries
If you are a French fries person, this is for you. If not, you will be after you try this recipe.

Materials
- 500 gm potato
- 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Dash of salt
Instructions
- Peel potato and cut into fries 1/4-1/2 squares or use a fry maker.Soak Fries in water for 30 minutes
- Rinse and dry
- Drizzle with a little olive oil and add salt. Stir to coat all fries.
- Pre-heat air fryer to 325 F degrees
- Air fry potatoes at 325 F degrees for 5 minutes.
- Open fryer, stir potatoes, close and increase temperature to 400 F degrees.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes longer {depending on how thick you cut the potato} stirring every 5 minutes.
- Between 10-15 minutes check every 1-2 minutes until done. I like mine to be crispy, but not burned!
