Materials

  • 500 gm potato
  • 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Dash of salt

Instructions

  • Peel potato and cut into fries 1/4-1/2 squares or use a fry maker.
    Soak Fries in water for 30 minutes
    Awesome cubing machine
  • Rinse and dry
  • Drizzle with a little olive oil and add salt. Stir to coat all fries.
  • Pre-heat air fryer to 325 F degrees
  • Air fry potatoes at 325 F degrees for 5 minutes.
  • Open fryer, stir potatoes, close and increase temperature to 400 F degrees.
  • Cook for 10-15 minutes longer {depending on how thick you cut the potato} stirring every 5 minutes.
  • Between 10-15 minutes check every 1-2 minutes until done. I like mine to be crispy, but not burned!
