Materials

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ tbsp herb try sage, thyme or rosemary
  • 2 tbsp Bouillon use better than Bouillon
  • 2 c water clean

Instructions

  • melt butter in small sauce pan and melt Bouillon in water
  • over low heat melt butter
  • stir in flour little by little utill all flour is dissolved in the pot into a thick slurry.
  • add Bouillon and stir until smooth
