No more greasy food allowed, so I got 2 air fryers.
The breads are mostly made with a bread machine, although I find the gluten free programs did not work for me. I use various settings to knead 10 minutes, rise 22-60 minutes (varies with bread) and bake 60-75 minutes until temperature is 205-207 F.
I use a probe thermometer to get the right temperature so I don’t have to keep checking,.It is inserted after the crust begins to brown.
An electric hand mixer works well for me.
