This is a great IBD dill sauce since it uses Greek Yogurt.

Ingredients

Greek fat free plain yogurt

dill
fresh chopped or 1 teaspoon dried dill

tsp
lemon peel
grated

Lemon Juice
⅑
tsp
pepper
Optional if you can tolerate it.
Instructions
Combine all ingredients thoroughly in small mixing bowl.
Chill before serving.
