lemon Juice

gelatin
2 envelopes of Knox Gelatine

raw honey
up to 8 Tbsp for taste
Instructions
Clean removing stems and place blueberries in a pot
Add the lemon juice
Add the water and heat on medium until simmering then heat on low
Simmer for about 10-15 minutes until the berries are soft
Smash the berries a little bit
Remove from heat and sprinkle gelatin lightly and mix into the berries – leave no lumps
Let cool a while
Add the honey and mix well
Place in a jar and refrigerate for a few hours before serving or using
If the blueberries are really gelled together mix up the jam before serving or using
